The Navector Gyratory Screen is a highly efficient circular screening machine specially designed for the high-volume, high-precision screening requirements of granular materials in industrial production. It can meet customers' demands for efficient and precise screening processes of granular materials.
I.Working Principle
Simulating manual screening motion, it combines the circular motion of the screen with a parabolic throwing motion by adjusting eccentricity, radial angle, and tangential angle, creating a three-dimensional rolling motion in both horizontal and vertical directions. The material disperses evenly across the entire screen surface from the center to the periphery, propagating axially in a spiral motion, thereby completing the screening process for fine particles.
II.Equipment Advantages
Screening diameter up to 3000mm, offering a large screening area
High output per unit area, resulting in higher screening efficiency
Capable of achieving precise separation in 1 to 6 grades
Larger screening machines are equipped with a pneumatic screen body lifting device for easy screen mesh replacement, reducing operator workload
III.Application Fields
Chemical Industry: Urea, Polyethylene, Synthetic Resin, Graphite, Fertilizer, Wood Powder, Urea-Formaldehyde Resin Powder, Activated Carbon, Silica Gel, etc.
Food Industry: Flour, Starch, Food Additives, Sweeteners, Sucralose, Aspartame, Citric Acid, etc.
Pharmaceutical Industry: Chinese Herbal Powder, Western Medicine Raw Materials, Pharmaceutical Intermediates, Cellulose, etc.
