Micron Sieve
2025/06/23
Navector Micron Sieve offers a processing capacity far exceeding that of circular screening machines of the same size, reaching up to 800 kg per hour.
Navector's fine particle screening equipment, centered on ultrasonic vibrating sieve technology, is designed to solve sieving challenges for ultrafine powders (especially micron-sized particles).
The core advantage lies in resolving sieving difficulties for materials with strong adsorption, easy agglomeration, high static electricity, and low specific gravity.
I. Working Principle
-
Mechanical Vibration Principle
Mechanical vibration is primarily powered by vibration motors. The vibration motor consists of a specially designed motor with eccentric blocks. When electrified, the motor rotates, driving the eccentric blocks at both ends of the shaft to generate inertial excitation force, thereby producing mechanical vibration in the sieve.
-
Ultrasonic Vibration Principle
The ultrasonic sieving system comprises an ultrasonic power supply, transducer, and resonance ring. The ultrasonic power supply converts 220V/50Hz electrical energy into 33KHz high-frequency electrical energy. Through the ultrasonic transducer, this is transformed into 33KHz high-frequency mechanical vibration, causing the resonance ring to vibrate. The vibration is then uniformly transmitted to the screen surface via the resonance ring.
II. Equipment Advantages
-
Significantly improves sieving performance; suitable for separating powders with 20–300 micron screens, especially effective for difficult-to-sieve materials.
-
Prevents blockage of 50–625 mesh apertures and embedding of similarly sized particles, extending the lifespan of valuable screens. Ensures production continuity and material distribution accuracy.
-
Truly resolves sieving challenges for materials with strong adsorption, easy agglomeration, high static electricity, and low specific gravity.
-
Clearly separates fine particles with similar diameters.
-
Does not alter material properties, making it ideal for new materials.
-
Accelerates separation of agglomerates, increasing sieving capacity and reducing oversized particles.
-
Offers unparalleled technical advantages in sieving capability and range compared to other machines.
-
Excellent system compatibility prevents operational temperature rise, enabling continuous operation—especially suitable for temperature-sensitive materials.
-
Unique UCS ultrasonic sieving system eliminates the need for additional screen-cleaning devices.
