The NCF Series centrifugal screens are designed and manufactured by Navector to address screening challenges such as lightweight materials that easily agglomerate, have low melting points, generate static electricity, and clog the screen mesh by adhering to the back of the screen after passing through.
The NCF Series centrifugal screens are patented products independently developed by Navector. They utilize airflow to separate particles and are combined with an ultrasonic system to address screen blockage and low screen casting efficiency.
I. Working Principle:
The screen is a cylindrical mesh placed within the machine. Material is mixed with airflow through a spiral conveying system, atomized, and then enters the screen drum. The impeller blades within the drum simultaneously subject the material to centrifugal force and cyclonic propulsion, forcing it through the screen and out the fine material outlet. Any material that cannot pass through the screen is discharged along the drum wall through the coarse material outlet. The ultrasonic screening system is loaded to effectively solve the problem of screen clogging during the separation process, especially the adsorption of micropowder on the back of the screen.
II. Advantages of the Equipment:
III. Applications:
Widely used in the chemical, metallurgy, mining, pharmaceutical, food, metal powder, and non-metal industries for rapid screening of lighter materials, finer powders, and ultrafine powders.
