Navector Subsidiary SUNWAY Signs Strategic Expansion Agreement with Shandong Barton Kearney Plasma Technology Co. and China-Ukraine Plasma Technology Academy (CUPA)

On July 18, 2025, Xinwei New Materials (a subsidiary of Navigat) and Shandong Bartoncony Plasma Technology Co., Ltd. and China-Ukraine Plasma Technology Research Institute (CUPA) officially signed a strategic expansion agreement. The two parties conducted in-depth exchanges on plasma powder making equipment, semiconductor materials, market promotion and operations, and signed a strategic cooperation agreement, opening a new chapter of cooperation.

With this signing, the two parties have formally reached a strategic cooperation. Before the ceremony began, a delegation from Shandong Pattonconi Plasma Technology Co., Ltd., Sino-Ukraine Plasma Technology Research Institute and Xinwei New Materials visited the Sino-Ukraine Plasma Technology Research Institute to experience up close the achievements and technical strength of the Sino-Ukraine Plasma Technology Research Institute in plasma technology.

 

The goal of the tripartite cooperation is clear, aiming to focus on breakthroughs in the core technology research and development of plasma pulverising equipment and semiconductor materials process innovation, while simultaneously deepening the global market promotion and commercial operation system construction. By joining hands, it is expected to achieve a major breakthrough in technology, accelerate the pace of high-performance new materials from the laboratory to the market, and help upgrade the new materials industry.
