The NTS series oscillating screen is not a simple upgrade of traditional vibrating screens; rather, it is a circular screening machine specifically designed for the unique requirements of modern industry. It simulates the motion of manual screening. By adjusting the eccentricity, radial direction, and tangential angle, it combines the circular motion of the screen with the upward parabolic motion of the winnowing device, creating a three-dimensional tumbling motion of horizontal and tossing motion. Material is evenly distributed across the entire screen surface from the center to the outer edge, propagating axially in a spiral motion, thus completing the screening process of fine particles.
By precisely controlling the amplitude and frequency, particles of different sizes can be efficiently stratified on the screen surface. Navector's technical engineers have innovatively designed a composite vibrating screen, significantly increasing the screening capacity of a single vibrating screen, transforming one screen into two. This design aims to improve both screening volume and accuracy. A single screen is equipped with two or more layers of the same mesh size and a dual-layer receiving base, allowing incoming material to be screened simultaneously on both the upper and lower layers. After screening, materials of the same mesh size are collected at a single outlet and discharged from the screen.
