Unlike traditional equipment, which requires multiple transfers and manual intervention, Navector's microsphere sieve utilizes centrifugal and negative-pressure fluid separation technology to achieve solid-liquid separation of microspheres in a fully sealed environment, preventing external contamination risks. Meanwhile, the integrated ultrasonic vibration drying function allows microspheres to distribute evenly on the filter mesh and dry rapidly, preventing aggregation.   • Multi-layer imported filter meshes (2-layer, 3-layer, 5-layer options), paired with diamond filter mesh and self-produced sintered/glued mesh, ensuring high-precision screening and durability.
  • Vacuum up to 0.2MPa, combined with an explosion-proof motor and customized PLC control, ensuring both safety and efficiency.
