The NMS series 3D printing additive recycling system is a stable and efficient additive recycling system developed and produced by Navector, combining the equipment features of the NMS series butterfly screen. It is a patented technology that fills a gap (patent type: utility model patent, patent number: ZL 201921374052.X, certificate number: 10679848).
Ⅰ.Working Principle
During the laser forming (3D printing) of metal powder components, metal condensates are generated. These condensates mix with the powder, causing contamination. Furthermore, active metal powders and fine particles, such as aluminum and titanium, are prone to oxidation. These escaping metal powders are constantly drawn into a screening machine for separation. During the circulation process, the powder is kept in a completely sealed inert gas atmosphere, ensuring a low oxygen content and preventing oxidation of the fine powder. The separated metal powder then enters a powder feeder for reuse.
Ⅱ.Equipment Advantages
Ⅲ.Applications
Used in the 3D printing industry, this system collects, recycles, and filters metal powder produced during the 3D printing process, enabling the reuse of raw materials.
